Q: Do I have to bring my computer to you?

A: Nope! In fact, at All Star Computer Service, we make onsite service our main priority, because we believe you are our main priority! We focus on one computer at a time, ensuring that you receive the best customer service at the best price possible. Sometimes, a computer requies to come back to our workbench for some intensive repairs, but we don't charge you any extra for pickup/delivery services. All that being said, if you'd rather drop off your computer with us, it will be taken care of in a timely manner to get you back up and running quickly.

Q: Do you work on Macs?

A: Yes we do. In fact, we work on most computer and tech issues, from replacing iPhone screens to hard drive/data recovery to Voice Over IP systems. Whether you have a PC, a Mac or even a Linux machine, we will cheerfully work on it for you.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are in the Hobbs Office Plaza at 3101 Hobbs, in Suite 122. Very easy to find and centrally located in Amarillo, TX. See our Contact Us Page for an interactive map.

 

Q: Will my data be safe?

A: Absolutely. We maintain a strict privacy policy, and do not store your information on our central server. We limit expsoure to your data and never look at your personal files or documents unless we have permission and it is necessary to complete the services requested. Your data is never shared, or sold to third-parties.
